The Sydney Solstice festival celebrates the lead-up to the longest night of the year. Darling Harbour will be featuring their renowned fireworks from Thursday 10th to Sunday 13th of June, and Thursday 17th to Sunday 20th of June. Each night will have two fireworks sessions at 7.30 pm and 9.30 pm.

Their Chanko Nabe Udon broth combines a mix of miso, kimchi, seafood, pork, and vegetables brewed for hours before serving. Or try our homemade dashi broth udon, served with seafood, wagyu beef, tempura in Plain, Karaage Chicken, or Katsu Pork styles.
Ramen is a noodle soup that has become as popular in Japan as Tonkotsu ramen, which is made of pork bones that have been boiled down until they dissolve into a cloudy white broth. The thick, creamy soup is full of flavour.
Want more than soup? Fugestu has an a la carte menu with Australian wagyu served at least eight ways, fresh sashimi, tempura prawns or vegetables, and gyozas of all kinds (potstickers). Bring the kids as they will love slurping noodles, eating off the sushi train, and help order the fresh colourful food on the iPad ordering system. Fugetsu is a licensed restaurant, so the parents can unwind with a glass of Australian wine, warm sake, or a refreshing beer.
We're open daily from 11.30 am to 10 pm, and the last order is at 9.30 pm.
